Edsmart attendance messaging

EdSmart is an Australian communication and workflow platform trusted by hundreds of schools to improve communication in the school community. EdSmart is a cloud-based software that enables schools to handle all communication with parents/guardians electronically. It will mainly be used to manage absences and other messaging for phase one of the project.

Here's how it will work for absentee notifications and responses:

You will be sent an email or SMS notification with a link to click which opens a secure web page version of an absentee response form. Complete the form and submit. These links can be accessed on your phone, tablet or computer at your convenience. Please respond to these messages to ensure accurate data can be maintained.

Privacy & Data Security

EdSmart is ISO/IEC 27001:2013 accredited, which refers specifically to the requirements for establishing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system within the context of an organisation.

All of the data you submit in the Forms is held in a secure database only accessible to authorised DECYP, school staff and EdSmart personnel.
