Our annual Athletics Carnival was a wonderful success. It was amazing to see so many students embrace our school values of courage and growth to take on the challenges of each running event and strive for their personal best efforts. Staff reported excellent involvement in the races from all participants. It was heart-warming to witness such great displays of sportsmanship. Everyone in attendance was very impressed with the grade six students who took on leadership roles throughout the morning events and ran an action-packed afternoon of athletic opportunities.

Thanks to Mr Hills for his organisation of a smooth and fast paced day and to our EFA team and to all staff, volunteers and Wynyard High School students for their help.

Over the weekend, Table Cape Primary School fielded four talented teams of basketballers at the NW school tournament. The teams conducted themselves with enthusiasm and great manners. Thanks to all the volunteer coaches, managers, referees and those on the bench.

We are looking forward to a number of great activities throughout this term including performances, 3/4 Sports Expo, Inter-School Triathlon and our Table Cape disco! Please check the calendar section of our newsletter to keep up with a busy term four.

On Thursday 7 November Table Cape Primary held their annul Athletics Carnival. The weather was great and all the competitors ran really well. Well done especially to the Bass House who won the carnival, and to the Sprint final winners from each grade.
